backpacks?

tomorrow i'll be heading to Shah Alam with the family, again. three main reasons; to see THE HOUSE, to celebrate Syanaz's 18th Birthday at Taman Tasik Shah Alam and the last most important reason of all is because, Abah has work to do in UiTM Shah Alam. guess the "weekend family" has opined that, if the Head can't get to its team, then the team will go up to meet him.

well, pack light.

sometimes for a two to three days stay, i am known to drag a suitcase. so i am looking at this as an achievement. and mostly i packed the neutral colored attires. not a single shay-shay dress in there. it's getting a tad too old to be wearing dresses anymore, but i think that's just my mood saying.

what's the most important thing i could not travel anywhere without?

phone, checked. purse, checked. toothbrush toothpaste shampoo and soup-because- i hate- the- little- bottles- in -the- hotel checked.

nice for light reading, don't you think?

Syanaz and I have this old habit of carrying storybooks wherever we go, even if it's just a little trip over to Gramps. if i wasn't driving, i would turn in Red fm for cosy 80's songs and read pages after pages of them in the backseat or the passenger seat, and so does Syanaz. so we would have books scattered everywhere, in the car mostly, in bags, on the couch, next to the TV, on the bed, anywhere at all that we can just sit and do two things at a time. and lately, i've been carrying these two around (actually they belong to Syanaz, but that's what siblings are for). i know i'm a little behind but since everyone is vampire crazy, i thought i would join the bandwagon.

hope to blog more about the trip to Shah Alam, stay safe y'all!
